POLICY & RESEARCH LEAD

Contract: 3 years
Organisation: Faith & VAWG Coalition
Hours: 22.5 per week (3 days/week - 0.6 FTE)
Location: Hybrid (minimum 1 day a week in our London office)
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary: £32,139 pro rata (£19,283)

We have secured three years of funding to carry out research, to transform how the sector listens to and responds to survivors from faith backgrounds. We are recruiting for a Research & Policy Lead who will carry out ethical and trauma-informed research; translate findings into meaningful policy interventions; and help shift the conditions in which survivors seek safety and justice. The role calls for humility, reflexivity, and a commitment to challenging bias whilst contributing to systemic change.

We would particularly welcome applications from people of colour, faith, racialised and global majority communities, LGBTQIA+ and disability, those with migration experiences, and those underrepresented.

SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT

Comms Consultant Advert

Location: Remote (UK-based)
Hours: 2 Days (14 hours) per week
Rate: £17 P/H (£238 per week)

Contract: Freelance 10-month (40 week) contract

We have identified the need for an experienced and creative social media/communications freelancer to manage and enhance our online presence, specifically updating our website, create content on our social media platforms and build our audience profile. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely, using their own laptop with weekly support and check-ins with a member of the team.
